At Girls on the Run, we offer life-changing, physical activity-based, after-school programs for girls in 3rd through 8th grades throughout Santa Clara and Santa Cruz Counties. Our goal is to education and prepare girls for a lifetime of self-respect and healthy living. We inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running. During the 10 weeks from March through mid-May, the girls train for the Girls on the Run 5K run/walk while learning life skills such as healthy decision-making and teamwork. Girls on the Run is so much fun!
